Richmond Ave Baptist Church

Come as you are and worship Jesus

Philosophy

Yes, we have a nursery for your little ones.  It is located just outside the sanctuary doors. As you enter the building, it will be straight ahead.

Yes! We are wheelchair accessible, both from the parking lot and access to restrooms. We are always happy to assist in moving a few chairs so you can sit with loved ones.

Music is an important part of how we worship.  Our praise music includes a blend of both historic hymns and contemporary Christian songs. We are blessed with many talented individuals who also love to share their personal favorites and the occasional choir performance.

Faith is more than what happens on Sunday mornings. It's a part of who we are, inside and out. At Richmond Ave Baptist Church, we believe in sharing the joy of the gospels daily, and living a life that embodies the spirit of Christ.

God loves me just for being me. As His child I have all I need by the Holy Spirit living in me. I want to grow into all that God has for me today. Nothing can touch me unless it goes through the blood of Jesus who bought me and I am safe and secure in the hands of God my Father.

Family

We are a loving and caring family, committed to Jesus Christ and to one another. We live for Him because He died for us and we strive to build our lives around God's greatest commandments: to love God with our every fiber and to love others as we love ourselves.

We the people of Richmond Ave Baptist Church believe in God the Father and the Holy Spirit and having been redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ, God's only son and having had our lives transformed by His grace and love and mercy, will strive to lead people to the saving faith and trust in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and to lead them in following him as Lord of their lives.

We have a wonderful group of young people who meet on Sunday mornings.
